These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlueVitalis, Inc. ("BlueVitalis," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided on this page.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are available only in the United States and its territories.
BlueVitalis provides a platform that connects patients with licensed, independent healthcare providers ("Providers") for telehealth consultations. BlueVitalis is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, including the issuance of prescriptions, are made solely by the independent Provider assigned to your care.
If prescribed, your medication will be dispensed by a licensed, accredited compounding pharmacy. BlueVitalis does not dispense medication directly. By using our Platform, you authorize your Provider and affiliated pharmacy to exchange your protected health information as necessary to fulfill your prescription.
BlueVitalis offers subscription-based plans that renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize BlueVitalis to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
BlueVitalis offers a 120-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@bluevitalis.com within 120 days of your first order. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and to a maximum of one subscription cycle.
All content on the BlueVitalis Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BlueVitalis, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueVitalis, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
