If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

Please Note: Once an order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed only after the returned package has been received and inspected.
3. Cancellation by Blue Vitalis
In certain situations, Blue Vitalis may cancel an order, including but not limited to:

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For approved cancellations made before shipment:
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 Business Days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
For partial order cancellations, refunds will be issued only for the cancelled item(s).
